my raw food journey

so me, who loves meat is going on this raw food journey. is that possible? living in singapore, food galore paradise, where char kway teow and oyster omelette rules!

i've signed up for the raw food classes at living light culinary institute in september so this blog is going to be my journal through the raw food adventure. should be interesting :-)

class starts on 5th sept, 3 weeks away, i'm still eating my chicken and my char kway teow, how on earth am i going to live on rabbit food for 3 weeks? i don't even remember the last time i cooked!

all new students have to fill in this questionaire which ask stuff like "rate your knife skills on a scale of 1-5 (5 being expert)" i was tempted to put 0. my ability to follow a recipe? good question! and do you know how many teaspoons are there in a tablespoon and how many tablespoons are there in an ounce, how many ounces in a cup? how many cups in a quart? ok, something easier, what's the difference between mincing, dicing, chopping, julienne cut and chiffonade?

am i going to regret this?
