a little bit of this and a little bit of that... truffles and lasagne...

so, didnt think i'll say this but school is taking a toll. it is tiring, more than i expected it to be... doesn't help that we have to do cleaning up! i've not even updated my vietnamese experience.. and another day has gone by. time doesnt seem to pass so fast when i am sitted in a lecture room.

we had fun today. everyone had to do an introduction of someone. it was a nice discovery process, we have quite an interesting group of people around us. here's penny doing a great job introducing giselle.




after introductions, we made truffles which was very fun. a little bit like playdoh except that its edible! this session was led by megan, the pastry chef. megan is a doll! she is so patient and always smiling face. it's a pleasure to be in her class..

making truffles is a lot of fun. i can imagine doing this and packing into nice gift boxes and giving it away as presents. or perhaps do a charity drive during the holidays.



its so amazing how a couple of bottles of ingredients can be put together to create magic!
