so we started off today with the smoothie and the E3Live (http://www.e3live.com/) it taste really weird at first, but once you get used to it, it's good. it sure helped in digestion and bowel movement... the interesting thing about E3Live is that when you buy it, its frozen! was so strange when i first saw it. basically it's like semi thawed in the container (something like the vitamin containers) and you basically pour a shot out to drink!
the morning lecture with cherie. she talked about tastes, texture, combinations of different flavours, etc...
then she went on to drop the bomb on me! we have homework, to do menu planning... aiyoh... we have to plan a menu for a party, group that we will see ourselves hosting when we go back home! of course this is not rocket science to some of my coursemates who are professional chefs!
anyway, just in case you didnt know... i was told by my coursemates that this is the best raw food cullinary institute in the world! is that cool or what?
we had a session of flavour testing... really interesting... will talk more later
i'm getting tired so just gonna make this real quick! we made apple pie, pasta marinara, pesto...
went out for dinner with my group mates (they are really fun and nice people with very interesting lives) we had a wonderful vegetarian and WINE!!!! haha.. well 3 of us did.
anyway.. going to sleep after i post the pictures! you can imagine how much fun we had looking at the pics!
our ingredients for making the most yummy salad dressing... it is so good! to die for!
